Through Kon's interactive workshops, field trips, training and mentoring sessions, you will get the opportunity to:


 Learn and apply the basics of business and entrepreneurship.

  Deepen your understanding of the world and the social and environmental challenges facing communities.

  Learn how to develop innovative solutions under the guidance and mentorship of entrepreneurs, activists and industry professionals.

  Plan and develop your business idea with a team, from brainstorming to identifying target audience, conducting market research and presenting business pitch.

  Meet and work with successful community leaders and entrepreneurs.


OBJECTIVES:

  Develop participants’ mindset of perceiving challenges as opportunities.

  Develop participants’ leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills, which will help them in high school, university and other areas of life.

  Improve participants' ability to identify and understand local issues and opportunities pertaining to human rights, environment, arts and culture, and health and fitness.
