Qualifications and Requirements: Open or Close
- Full time employee
- Bachelor Degree in relevant field
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience required
- Fluent in Arabic & English
- Previous volunteering work in Loyac is preferable

Roles & ResponsibilitiesOpen or Close
- Research and obtain data to support departmental objectives and reports.
- Compose and prepare written documentation and correspondence; screens and evaluate incoming and outgoing correspondence and prepare responses as appropriate.
- Propose and compose department plans.
- Compose and prepare press releases and news features to distribute to the media.
- Prepare and maintain an updated media kit.
- Support in the creation of communication, promotional and educational content as needed.
- Ensure in the coordination and supervision of volunteers who promote LOYAC at outreach events, and keep them updated with the latest programs and events.
- Prepare detailed reports at the end of each program to evaluate its effectiveness.
- The Community Service Programs Coordinator is to complete tasks that may have not been listed above but are related to their role and are requested by the General Manager/Board.
