Social Media: To assist the PR & Marketing Specialist in all activities related to the social media platforms that LOYAC utilizes to reach its stakeholders. This includes updating and maintaining the accounts, responding to comments and direct messages, and analyzing any data that is compiled from these platforms in a report format that can be shared with the Communications Manager.
- Press: To draft press releases in both Arabic and English regarding different programs and activities.
- Marketing Materials: To ensure that all Marketing Materials are completed on time and follow brand guidelines and quality.
- Marketing Plans: The Coordinator must liaise with other departments and help the PR & Marketing Specialist in setting an annual marketing plan and calendar.
- Outreach: The Coordinator must represent LOYAC at different events and activities, e.g. school/university fairs.
- The Communications Coordinator is to complete tasks that may have not been listed above but are related to their role and are requested by the PR & Marketing Specialist.
