Administrative Officer
Roles and Responsibilities
Open or Close
Provides secretarial support to the General Manager to facilitate completion of department work.
Provide support for the arts programme/projects including assisting with administration of project work where appropriate and when agreed.
Ordering of equipment, materials and office supplies.
Maintain the central filing system, general database and archive.
Manage day-to-day office operations.
Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
Maintains continuity among departments and teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.
Writing official letters in Arabic and English.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor Degree in relevant field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience.
Fluent in Arabic and English (Reading & Writing).
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Strong planning and organizing skills with the ability to multi-task.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
