LoYAC has been launched in Lebanon. The first Summer program has started on 6th July 2009 with 40 participants.

Ms. Mariana Wehbe – Managing Director |
| Ms. Wehbe is the Direct Sales Manager in DHL Lebanon and also runs her own company Jayde. |
Mr. Alexandre Najjar – Secretary of the Board |
| Mr. Najjar is a lawyer and owns one of the most reputable law firm in Lebanon. He is also an accomplished writer and literary critic in two French-speaking magazines. |
Ms. Roula Ajouz Sidani – Board Member |
| Ms. Sidani is the publisher of the in flight magazine Cedar Wings. She is also the Managing Director of World Advertising & Public Relations, Member of Beirut City Council and a Member of the Makassed Board of Trustees. |
Mrs. Carine Stephan - Board Member |
| Ms. Stephan is the wife of Mr. Anthony Stephan and is also a freelance lawyer. |
Mr. Ramzi Sabboury - Board Member |
| Mr. Sabboury is the Advisor to the Board of LoYAC Kuwait since 2007. He is also the Head of Marketing & Research at the Commercial Bank of Kuwait. |
Mrs. Zeina Mokaddam - Board Member |
| Mrs. Mokaddam is the General Manager of PH7 that publishes Student Talk, Teen Talk, Ahlan and Men’s Passion magazines. She is involved in the activities of LoYAC in Kuwait and is its Media Partner. |
Mrs. Lara Dardarian - Board Member |
| Mrs. Dardarian is the Executive Board Member of LoYAC Kuwait. |
