What is ‘Seeds’ Program?
'Seeds' is an early career development program for the youth. It is also a long term career plan that covers 8 years of the youth's academic years. The program will start with the youth's early High School year and shall finish with job positioning in Private Sector.
 
Who are the 'Seeds'?
'Seeds' are high school students in grade 9 - 10 between age 14 - 15 years who are studying in public or private schools. Their GPA should not be less than 2.5.
 
Who looks after the 'Seeds'?
Mentors, who shall be university students, will be following up on the students.
 
Qualification of Mentors:
  • University students or recent graduates. Age between 19-30 years.
  • Excellent academic performance with GPA not less than 3.25.
  • Well behaved and well mannered with no prior record of misconduct.
  • Preferably ex-LoYAC students with excellent performance.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
