‘Seeds’ Program? |
| 'Seeds' is an
early career development program for the
youth. It is also a long term career plan
that covers 8 years of the youth's academic
years. The program will start with the
youth's early High School year and shall
finish with job positioning in Private
Sector. |

| Who are
the 'Seeds'? |
| 'Seeds' are high
school students in grade 9 - 10 between
age 14 - 15 years who are studying in
public or private schools. Their GPA should
not be less than 2.5. |

| Who looks
after the 'Seeds'? |
| Mentors,
who shall be university students, will
be following up on the students. |
| |
| Qualification
of Mentors: |
| University
students or recent graduates. Age between
19-30 years. |
| Excellent
academic performance with GPA not less
than 3.25. |
| Well
behaved and well mannered with no prior
record of misconduct. |
| Preferably
ex-LoYAC students with excellent performance. |
| Fluent
in English and Arabic |
