| Job description
of Mentors: |
| Act
as an older sister or brother for 'Seeds'.
She/he will be the idol of the 'Seeds'. |
| Assess
the needs of the Seeds during the first
2 meetings. Assessment period should
not be more than 15 days. |
| Submit
a standard assessment report provided
by LoYAC management. Mentor should also
include recommended courses and activities
for the year. |
| Read
and review the Seed's school performance
and shall closely follow her/his career
plan for the year. |
| Help
the Seed achieve the targets set forth
in her/his career plan for the year.
Targets will cover the Seed's academic
performance and personal development. |
